The Illinois Respite Coalition is proud to begin hosting virtual trainings for caregivers.
All virtual program are free of charge, and will be via Zoom and recorded for those unable to attend.
On November 17 the Illinois Respite Coalition hosted a virtual Zoom event! .
The event was called "Excess Baggage Not Allowed" with Janet Butler. Janet is a caregiver and held a conversation about the importance of letting go of the emotional baggage that weighs you down.
